Alvian was formed in 2007 as a contract recruitment company to meet the growing demands of the Summit market in the UK.  Alvian was based in London and operated solely within the London market for a number of investment banks. By 2013 we were expanding further into Mainland Europe with contractors working in Germany, Eastern Europe as well as Scandinavia on projects with Banks and Consultancies. 2014/15 saw us take a step into the consultancy market and start to hire our own employees, to meet the needs of our Capital Market clients directly. It has also seen us rapidly expand and continue to do so.
